Description The Assistant Cook is responsible for the preparation of all food items as per standardized recipes. Works under the Head Cook to coordinate meal production and timing. *PRINCIPLE DUTIES: Essential Job Duties: Prepares all soups, stocks, sauces; boils, braises and roasts items as per standardized recipes. Prepares and serves all sautéed, fried, grilled, steamed and baked items as per standardized recipes. Prepares all food served, following standard recipes and special diet orders as directed by Head Cook. Assists with food production to coordinate with meal serving hours, so that excellence, quality, temperature and appearance of food are preserved. Assists with the amount and type of food and supplies required for daily menus and seeing that supplies are obtained from storage areas in adequate time for meal production. Other Duties: Maintains assigned work station in a safe and sanitary condition. Maintains acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with department dress code. Attends in-service training and education sessions as assigned. Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by head cook or executive chef. Job Description As a Hunter Communications Field Technician, you’ll be installing our internet and other services into customer’s homes and businesses along with the occasional service call and repair. Because this position has you working daily with our customers, you’ll need to excel at communicating effectively with our customers and working with urgency to complete jobs in a timely manner. Most of the work is outdoors and takes place year- round so the right candidate will be comfortable working in all weather conditions, while climbing/working from ladders, telephone poles, and bucket trucks. You must have experience with hand tools. The Field Technician performs all responsibilities related to installing wireless, fiber, coax, voice, apps, and streaming services. They perform maintenance on our network and repair services for customers when experiencing issues. Work is performed at single family homes, apartment complexes, and businesses ranging from small offices or restaurants to hospitals. A professional presence is required at all times, including when not directly in the presence of a customer. Duties and Responsibilities Perform new wireless, fiber, coax, voice, app, and streaming installations, reconnects, upgrades and disconnects for internet and phone services. Install all services up to Hunter Communications standards and specifications. Installations could include relocating cable outlets, adding routers and modems, interior and exterior wiring paths. Working off a 32-foot ladder, bucket truck, and/or telephone pole at heights up to 35 feet Maintenance and repair of the network and customer services Training completion and strict adherence to all safety standards and policies Provide first-class customer service including detailed customer education on all products. Assist in training new Field Technicians (adjusted workload will be provided accordingly). Climbing communications towers of us to 500 feet to support and maintain our wireless network. Safety training and certification will be provided. Occasional out-of-town travel and on-call rotation will be required.
