What You'll Do
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—for quick and easy access.
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
Track office supplies and place orders to keep the workspace running efficiently.
Assist with event planning, from team lunches to company-wide meetings.
Support special projects by gathering data, creating spreadsheets, and preparing summaries.
Bookkeeping and Expense Management
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Basic Data Entry into Quick Books Online
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Standard Office Machinery ie. Copy, Scan, Fax, Phone etc.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
